PRODUCTS AND PRICING

All products are made to order. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel your order.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.

MADE TO ORDER

All MYUS products are made to order and require approximately four to six weeks for production and delivery. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins and the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of MYUS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

This site and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.
