Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If an item proves defective upon receipt, please contact us at customercare@myus.studio. The issue will be assessed and a refund granted where applicable.
CONDITIONS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEM CLAIMS
To be eligible for consideration, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Must include all original tags, labels, and packaging intact and complete.
- Must be returned with all parts and accessories included in the original shipment.
- Must include the original packing slip.
- Must be shipped back within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
- All items from the same order must be returned in a single shipment.
If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), including sales tax. We will not issue refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the above conditions.
If your return does not qualify, you will be notified and given seven (7) days to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you at your expense. If no request is made within that period, MYUS reserves the right to dispose of the merchandise as it sees fit.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed within three (3) business days of receiving the returned merchandise. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Credit and debit card refund timelines depend on your card issuer's policies. You will not be charged any interest fees as a result of a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items designated as final sale on the site are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYUS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. MYUS will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the purchase or use of products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Certain state laws may limit the application of these disclaimers — if those laws apply to you, some or all of the above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
