Shipping Information

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. MYUS does not offer complimentary shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout and are due upon delivery.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
